Rubrik has announced Rubrik Agent Cloud for Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, introducing new monitoring, governance and remediation features for organisations deploying AI agents across multi-cloud environments. The integration is intended to give Amazon Bedrock AgentCore customers additional controls over agent behaviour, including audit capabilities, real-time guardrails and the ability to reverse undesired actions.
Rubrik said Agent Cloud is built on its platform architecture that incorporates data, identity and application context to support accuracy and operational oversight. The company said the tool is designed to give organisations visibility into how agents operate, enforce policies as they run and address errors before they affect systems or data.
Rubrik General Manager of AI Devvret Rishi said the expansion of agentic systems increases capability but also introduces operational and security risks. Industry research cited by Rubrik indicates rising cyber risk, including threats linked to generative-AI-enabled attacks, prompting demand for stronger governance layers around automated actions.
The integration with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore includes discovery and mapping of agents, monitoring of activity and data access, and audit trail generation. Governance features allow teams to define and enforce behaviour, access and action policies, while maintaining connectivity with enterprise identity systems. Remediation features include integration with Rubrik’s Agent Rewind tool, enabling rollback of destructive or unintended agent actions without downtime or data loss.
Rubrik said the combined offering is intended to help organisations adopt AI while managing a broader attack surface and supporting resilience across cloud environments. Agent Cloud for Amazon Bedrock AgentCore is expected to become available in the coming months.
The company also announced it has achieved the AWS Resilience Software Competency in the Recovery category. The designation recognises partners that provide solutions aimed at improving availability and resilience for critical workloads using AWS Resilience Services.
