Facebook BannerMore than 70 percent of the exhibition space for INTERPOL World, a new international security event taking place from 14-16 April 2015 in Singapore, has been booked by key players in the security landscape.

INTERPOL World Expo provides unprecedented opportunities for an expected 250 solution providers to network and interact with some 8,000 international police organizations, law enforcement agencies and other security professionals.  Then, Heads of States, Chiefs of Police, government representatives of INTERPOL’s 190 member countries and key industry leaders and representatives from the private sector will be  invited to INTERPOL World. This presents opportunities for security solution providers to form partnerships with the public sector and government agencies to identify security challenges and co-create solutions to combat them and make the world a safer place.

As a testament to the significance of the event, INTERPOL World has already attracted much interest from international groups from countries such as Austria, France, Germany, Israel, the Netherlands, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the United States of America.
Given Singapore’s strategic location in the heart of Asia Pacific, INTERPOL World will provide a consolidated platform for these international companies to springboard into the booming economies in the region.

Visitors to INTERPOL World can expect a showcase of innovative technologies such as Facial Recognition software, Biometrics, Command & Control systems, Mobile and IT Forensics, Unmanned Systems, Anti-counterfeiting solutions, Geospatial Intelligence, Identify Management and Access Control, Physical Security Information Management and many more.

Owned by INTERPOL, the world’s largest international police organization and supported by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Singapore, INTERPOL World will focus on issues and challenges in the following domains: Cybersecurity, Safe Cities, Border Management and Supply Chain Security.
To supplement INTERPOL’s efforts to boost engagement among the global law enforcement community, INTERPOL World will also be exhibiting at the 83rd INTERPOL General Assembly, on 3-7 November 2014 at Monte Carlo, Monaco.

INTERPOL World Congress and Dialogue
Apart from the INTERPOL World Expo, which is open to trade and professional visitors, the event will also feature high level seminars, forums and dialogues to facilitate the sharing of challenges, solutions and best practices.

Happening on 13 April 2015, the INTERPOL World Dialogue is a leadership forum for government policy makers, influencers and key industry leaders to identify and engage in discussions pertaining to impending and future threats facing the global security industry.  The INTERPOL World Congress, which will be taking place from 14 to 16 April 2015, is a knowledge sharing forum where experts and key industry players discuss global security threats and present co-created solutions.

INTERPOL Statutory Events
INTERPOL will also be hosting two major events alongside INTERPOL World. The INTERPOL Global Complex for Innovation (IGCI), a cutting-edge research and development facility for the identification of crimes and criminals, innovative training, operational support and partnerships, will officially open on 13 April 2015. Located in Singapore, the IGCI complements INTERPOL’s General Secretariat in Lyon, France, and enhances the Organization’s presence in Asia.

The INTERPOL Asian Regional Conference, scheduled for 15–17 April 2015, is a meeting where policy and strategy matters concerning improvement of police co-operation between the Asian member countries and the crime situation are discussed on the basis of preparatory work carried out by officials of the Sub-Directorate for Asia and South Pacific, with assistance from the Sub-Directorate for Middle East and North Africa in the General Secretariat, and on the contributions from delegations.
