BeyondTrust and Ping Identity have formed a strategic partnership to deliver a unified identity security fabric that integrates Privileged Access Management, Identity and Access Management, and Identity Governance and Administration into a single automated framework.
Announced today, the partnership combines BeyondTrust’s privilege-centric identity security portfolio with Ping Identity’s authentication, governance and orchestration capabilities to help organisations eliminate identity silos, strengthen Zero Trust strategies and improve governance across human and non-human identities. The companies say the unified approach is designed to support secure digital transformation, including new investments in agentic AI.
“In traditional identity security architectures, PAM, IAM and IGA have largely operated in silos, each addressing only a portion of the identity landscape,” said Jim Ortbals (pictured), Senior Vice President of Global Partner Ecosystems at BeyondTrust. “With the rise of AI, these fragmented approaches no longer provide the unified visibility and control organisations need. Our partnership with Ping Identity unifies privilege management, identity governance and authentication into a single automated framework. This enables transparency, strengthens resilience through automation and secures every identity, human and non-human alike.”
The integrated solution combines privileged access and endpoint privilege management, privileged remote access and identity insight from BeyondTrust with Ping Identity’s authentication technologies, identity governance and DaVinci orchestration engine. Together, the companies say the offering will allow organisations to:
• Enable contextual just-in-time access and adaptive MFA based on real-time risk signals
• Automate joiner-mover-leaver processes to reduce exposure and ensure clean offboarding
• Trigger automated threat response workflows, revoke sessions and rotate credentials in real time
• Apply least-privilege governance and continuous monitoring for AI agents and other non-human identities

“Enterprises need identity systems that are as adaptive and intelligent as the environments they protect,” said Loren Russon, Senior Vice President of Product and Technology at Ping Identity. “By combining Ping’s orchestration and authentication capabilities with BeyondTrust’s market-leading privilege management, we’re delivering a unified solution that eliminates silos, reduces complexity and strengthens Zero Trust from endpoint to cloud.”
David “DJ” Morimanno, Field CTO for North America at Xalient, said the integrated approach will help organisations advancing Zero Trust convergence. “This collaboration delivers significant value for organisations and reflects our continued commitment to enabling intelligent, identity-first security outcomes.”
The joint solution is available immediately through BeyondTrust and Ping Identity integration partners, and through the AWS Marketplace via the companies’ new multi-product private offer program.
