Forcepoint has announced the company has completed its acquisition of Bitglass.

The acquisition of Bitglass will be the third technology acquisition for Forcepoint this year. Previous acquisitions in 2021 included Remote Browser Isolation (RBI) innovator Cyberinc and Content, Disarm and Reconstruction (CDR) leader Deep Secure.
