Veeam has announced a new integration with ServiceNow, launching the Veeam App for ServiceNow to help organisations orchestrate and automate data resilience workflows directly within the ServiceNow AI Platform. The collaboration enables enterprises to centralise backup and recovery processes for critical assets, enhance compliance, and strengthen operational resilience by unifying data protection with IT service management.
The Veeam App introduces bi-directional, policy-driven backup and recovery orchestration, allowing ServiceNow users to monitor, trigger and manage Veeam Data Platform operations without switching consoles. Organisations gain real-time status synchronisation, full auditability and integrated compliance reporting, with the app now available in the ServiceNow Store.

The Veeam App for ServiceNow is available at no cost to customers of the Veeam Data Platform Advanced and Premium editions.
