NinjaOne has expanded its automated endpoint management platform with the launch of NinjaOne Remote, a native remote access capability designed for IT teams and managed service providers. The tool is integrated directly into the NinjaOne platform and is built around a security-centric architecture aligned with compliance standards including FedRAMP Moderate, SOC 2, ISO 27001 and various data protection frameworks.
The release comes as organisations face increased complexity across operating systems, applications and device fleets, alongside a rise in hybrid and remote workforces. Industry data indicates that 36 per cent of organisations now support more remote or hybrid workers than previously, adding pressure on IT teams to maintain visibility and secure access across distributed environments.
NinjaOne Remote is intended to provide technicians with more reliable and responsive remote access to endpoints across Windows, Mac, Linux, Android and iOS. The company says the tool enables faster troubleshooting through integrated command line access, shortcuts and background modes that allow administrators to perform tasks without interrupting users. Customer feedback cited by NinjaOne highlights improvements in session stability and reduced downtime during remote support interactions.
More than 20,000 customers are currently using the remote access capability as part of the broader NinjaOne platform. Key features include multi-session support, centralised troubleshooting tools, an end-user portal for secure remote access to office devices, and security controls such as encryption, session logging, automatic clipboard deletion and system lock on session termination.
NinjaOne Chief Product Officer Rahul Hirani said the aim of the new capability is to address shortcomings in traditional remote access tools, which many organisations report as slow or unreliable. The company positions NinjaOne Remote as a way to streamline support workflows and improve responsiveness for distributed teams.
