BlueVoyant has announced a Microsoft 365 E7 “readiness bundle” that combines its BlueVoyant AI service with deployment support for Microsoft Purview and Security Copilot, alongside its Microsoft Agent 365 Security Deployment Service.
The company positioned the offer as a way for organisations moving to Microsoft 365 E7 to address security risks associated with AI adoption, including data governance and the permissions held by AI agents operating within Microsoft tenants.
BlueVoyant said the bundle is designed to support customers adopting Microsoft’s E7 licensing tier, which it described as Microsoft’s most comprehensive security and AI licensing level. The company argued that broader use of Agent 365, Purview and Security Copilot can expand the attack surface if not configured and monitored appropriately.
“Many organisations are concerned about AI agents operating without appropriate governance, and the fix isn’t caution, it’s control,” said John Hernandez, CEO of BlueVoyant. “Companies need to get their data secured and agents governed together, so that organisations don’t have to accept uncontrolled agent behaviour. This is the foundation we built BlueVoyant AI to be.”
BlueVoyant framed the rollout around two areas: data security and “agentic identity”. It said Microsoft Purview underpins data security, while Entra ID Protection and Agent 365 underpin identity controls for AI agents, and that the deployment package brings these elements together through BlueVoyant AI.
On the data side, BlueVoyant said its Continuous Optimization of Microsoft Security (COMS) capability for Purview optimisation is integrated into the same system that supports its managed detection and response service. The company said this would enable Purview-related alerts—such as data leaks, policy violations and insider risk signals—to be enriched and triaged alongside other security incidents.
On identity, BlueVoyant said its Entra ID Protection capability is part of BlueVoyant AI and that its Agent 365 Security Deployment Service extends that approach to AI agents across Microsoft environments. The company said it is also extending deployment support to Security Copilot, covering configuration, posture and lifecycle policies for human and non-human identities.

BlueVoyant also used the announcement to highlight risks associated with non-human identities, including AI agents, arguing these identities can outnumber human accounts in many enterprises and are often less protected.
