Claroty has appointed John Ryan as Vice President of Worldwide Partner Ecosystem, tasking him with leading the company’s xCelerate Partner Program and its global channel strategy.
Ryan joins the cyber-physical systems (CPS) security vendor with more than a decade of experience in channel and partner leadership roles across a range of cybersecurity companies, including Radiant Logic, Orca Security, Illumio, Guardicore, Rapid7, and ForeScout Technologies.
Claroty said Ryan will focus on strengthening the growth and scalability of its partner ecosystem, as well as supporting the longer-term operation of the channel program. The company positioned the role as part of its go-to-market execution in CPS security, where vendors commonly rely on resellers, managed security providers, and technology alliances to expand coverage across critical infrastructure and industrial environments.

Prior to joining Claroty, Ryan served as vice president of EMEA and worldwide channel sales at Radiant Logic. His previous roles include SVP of worldwide channels and tech alliances at Orca Security; VP worldwide channel, GSI and MSP/MSSP sales at Illumio; AVP of channels, systems integrators, and alliances at Guardicore; and senior director, global alliances and channel sales at Mendix. He has also held leadership roles at Rapid7 and ForeScout Technologies.

Claroty’s xCelerate Partner Program includes resellers, value-added resellers, MSSPs, technology alliance partners, and distributors. The company said the program provides training and enablement intended to help partners sell and support its CPS security platform.
