Director of Eacom, Tim Andrighetto has announced the firm’s recent acquisition of reputable Wagga security business Riverina Alarm Systems. Mr Andrighetto said Riverina Alarm Systems has been servicing Domestic, Commercial and Industrial clients throughout the Riverina for the past 25 years and has an outstanding reputation for professionalism, unparalleled service and high quality.
“I am excited to announce the acquisition of Riverina Alarm Systems (RAS) in Wagga Wagga NSW by Eacom” Mr Andrighetto said “RAS has evolved into a successful and sizeable security company with a particular emphasis on monitored lines and security installation and service in the domestic and commercial sectors throughout the Riverina.”
“This acquisition complements Eacom’s existing Wagga presence in enterprise level security and will further cement Eacom’s reputation as the region’s leading provider of security solutions.”
First established in 1997 as a small family run security alarm business, Eacom was quick to recognise the importance of and embrace digital technology. The business has expanded significantly, successfully pursued the integration of complementary security and communications services across the Riverina establishing offices in Wagga and Griffith. The company now provides a wide range of services including security, fire protection services, communications and healthcare technologies such as nurse-call systems.
“The Eacom group welcomes Riverina Alarm Systems and its valuable team of Bill Phillips, Kevin Manning and Tim Nixon and congratulates previous owners, Brian and Karen Reid on building Riverina Alarm Systems into the outstanding security business that it is today”, Mr Andrighetto said.
